We design, manufacture and commission complete flour, semolina, maize and feed mills — one partner, whole plant, from the first wheat kernel to the packed sack.
Four principles run through every calculation, weld and line of code we ship.
Performance you can measure, traceable from design to lifetime support.
We create new technology instead of following it — innovation is more than a word.
Agile engineering and in-house production shorten every project timeline.
Sustainable, food-secure milling for a world of diminishing resources.
Every Alapros plant is a single engineered flow. Follow the grain through the five stages we master.
Grain is received, weighed and cleaned — optical sorting, destoning, aspiration and debranning strip out everything that is not pure kernel.
01 / 05
Closed-loop moisture control conditions the wheat to the exact hydration that makes bran separate cleanly from endosperm.
02 / 05
Counter-rotating fluted rolls reduce the kernel gradually across the diagram — the heart of the mill, governed by our automation.
03 / 05
Plansifters and purifiers classify every particle by size and quality, routing streams to the right passage.
04 / 05
Extraction scales balance the diagram in real time and finished flour is dosed, weighed and packed to spec.

Long before the first roll turns, the mill is already decided — on paper. The diagram is the engineering blueprint that routes every gram of grain through cleaning, grinding, sifting and purification, and it governs extraction, energy, quality and capacity alike. It is where our deepest engineering lives: every passage is calculated from your grain and your targets, balanced across the whole flow, and proven in 3D before a single part is cut. It is why our very first calculations consistently reach the most efficient results the industry looks for — so the flour that leaves an Alapros mill is engineered, never left to chance.
Every Alapros line can be paired with a rugged panel that carries an artificial-intelligence expert: it listens to your machines in the language they already speak, learns how they run, and answers your operators in plain words. It needs no internet connection — and nothing it hears ever leaves your plant.
Unusual behaviour is caught while it is still small: a bearing warming, a roll drifting, a sifter out of balance.
Falling extraction, rising energy per tonne, needless recirculation — named before the month closes.
The full documentation of each machine lives on the panel and comes back as an answer, not as a PDF to search.
When a part nears the end of its life, the order goes out from the same screen that warned you.
The sequence below is an illustrative scenario, written to show how the expert reasons. It is not the record of a particular plant.
Under the same load, a bearing on the second roller unit ran a little warmer than usual. Nobody noticed. The expert did, and kept it.
An unplanned stoppage. A shift is lost, extraction falls, and flour quality wanders while the mill is brought back up.
The expert links that temperature signature — seen alongside a fluctuation in the feed — to the failure that followed it, and remembers its shape.
When the pattern returns, the panel warns the operator, shows the passage of the machine’s own manual that explains it, and the replacement is ordered from the same screen. It is fitted during planned maintenance. There is no stoppage.
The expert does not call a cloud service in order to think. It reasons on dedicated artificial-intelligence chips inside the panel itself — at hardware level, on your mill floor, whether or not the world outside is reachable.
It works in a plant that has never been connected, and it keeps working in one whose line has just gone down.
No wireless network to install, no coverage to survey, no signal to lose in a concrete and steel building.
Nothing to rack, cool, licence, back up or administer. There is no second machine to keep alive.
No fee per question, per usage or per user. The expert is bought once, together with the panel, and it is yours.
What it learns stays inside the panel. You never rent space from anyone to keep the history of your own plant.
With MQTT support, every machine, every line and every plant we build speaks to the business software you already run. Production, downtime, consumption and maintenance records are born on the mill floor and arrive in your ERP without anyone retyping them.
MQTT is the open, widely adopted messaging standard that industrial equipment uses to publish what it is doing. It belongs to no single supplier — which is why a line commissioned today still speaks to the software you choose five years from now.
Machine, line, plant: the same language at every level, whether you run one mill or ten.
Enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IFS can consume the stream directly. No bespoke bridge, no keying figures in twice.
MQTT is not ours, and it is not anyone else’s. Change your software; your line stays where it is.
The stream goes only where you let it go. The expert on the panel still reasons on the mill floor: connecting your plant to your own systems does not send it anywhere else.
Product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners. Alapros claims no partnership with them; integration is delivered over the open MQTT standard.
From a green-field plant to a single roll change — the same engineering discipline applies.
Needs analysis, process design, 3D simulation, manufacturing, installation and commissioning under one contract.
Raise capacity, extraction and efficiency in existing mills without starting over.
Planned maintenance, remote diagnostics and rapid on-site response keep you running 24/7.
Genuine parts ordered online, tracked to your door, with full traceability.
Machinery is only half of it. Alapros wraps every plant in a software layer — SCADA, MES/MOM, a mobile app and online parts — so the mill runs, reports and reorders on its own.
Cleaning, milling, handling and packing — designed in 3D CAD, proven on the test rig, built in Çorum.
